Blackburn Rovers Prepare £2 Million Bid For Aston Villa Striker Emile Heskey – Report
Allardyce has publicly claimed his side are in the hunt for a new frontman this summer following their lack of attacking options, and according to the Daily Mirror , the powerful frontman is top of their wish-list.

Now, I realize there are no guarantees, but let's read that again ….. PORTSMOUTH TAKEOVER be completed by 11 July. Does not that sound cool?!

Unfortunately, it seems to have come too late to stop Glen Johnson leaving for Liverpool, but if we believe what we are told, his transfer will not is nothing to do with the takeover anyway. The move is due to go through today. Good luck, Glen.

The source of the title is ArabianBusiness.com. Of course, the source is not named, but the story does not seem very specific to have some truth to it, unlike the ridiculous' The Sun Pompeygate campaign is difficult see what this particular site would have to gain by exaggerating. Even if we were to assume for a moment that ArabianBusiness.com would benefit from writing articles flatterers about Dr. Al Fahim (who is not a real doctor, by the way, did you know that?), there are plenty of details here, to their future presence in the Portsmouth Supporters Club (London) AGM on 11 July. Personally, I think this paper is actually the first to give us a credible and realistic idea of the deadlines for completion Portsmouth acquisition!

The article also mentions that Dr. Al Fahim will meet with supporters in Portsmouth also at the same time, and has intention to maintain this contact and dialogue in the long term. Good news! Hopefully that comes to pass that way.

A very interesting comment there is that the most difficult property issues have already been addressed, leaving us to assume that it is only a matter of time, and therefore that the requirements of the Premier League not be a problem.

The great unknown, of course, is just what the Dr. Al Fahim will say if and when he faces the supporters on 11 July after acquisition, recently concluded the club. Who will be the new manager? Which players are brought, and how much money is spent on this? What with the training camp, redevlopment of Fratton Park, and the new stadium? One thing is certain, no doubt have a good idea at least what we can expect for the next season on the court, in the early days of the reign of Al Fahim is.

In short, this is a day for us cautious optimism for Portsmouth supporters. The time scale means that we will have time to form a team and equipment before the new season. It seems that the main difficulties have been treated, and of course, as important at this time, we know that when it is planned to happen. I am sure that The Sun is desperately looking for something to spoil the party at this very moment, but my impression is that they will not find anything. Thus, the July 11 becomes a kind of D-Day. We do not know what will happen after that, but for now it is enough to know when.

So in line with Newcastle United to be sold to the sixth richest man in the world ….

It http://www.lep.co.uk/national-football/Newcastle-linked-to-Asian-takeover.4352699.jp finally going to end at 4? Does this mean that Liverpool will be content with a UEFA Cup 09-10 on?
